A Blog about all kinds of music of the 50s and early 60s (maybe even 70's). They were to me the most exciting times in history. Musically as well as politics/sports/humor/info.
My 'musicsite' attempts to relive and bring to life those extraordinary times by music samples, story's and other things. Hope you enjoy it, but better is to participate !
Please note I also want to learn about the internet/HTML by running this Blog. So the 'look' will change every month ! Will it survive 2 years ???

Unfinished bussiness.....
There's still some unfinished bussiness like the Cruisin' series and some promises I made to requests I got. Somehow I will come to that. JD
Jean, I am very sorry to see your blog about to close but I cannot blame you. I appreciate very much what you have done. I have found a lot of good old music that I have not heard before and a lot that I had forgotten and that brought back a lot of memories and enjoyment, Anyway thank you for what you have done and all the very best for the future, Regards Ray
One day I met a lonely journalist. We talked about music, we shared music and now I am going to share what I learned on my new blog. 'Out On Highway Sixty One' http://outonhighwaysixtyone.blogspot.com/2009/01/smiling-jack-collection-tape-1.html
Here is a link to the first tape, 'The Smiling Jack Collection'. www.megupload.com/?d=KMNCO3XG
