Meet the Majors ft Ricky Cordo

When I visited a few months back Cologne (Köln as they say) in Germany I bought a nice compilation album by the Majors. Discovered I had more on various compilation albums. Visited SoulfulKindaMusic which gives a discography. So I learned I also had to search for the Premiers and the Versatiles.
Found out producer Jerry Ragovoy was involved with this group. Ragovoy also co-wrote Garnet Mimms' Cry Baby and produced later on Janis Joplin. And did you know he wrote under the pseudonym of Norman Meade that great Rolling Stones song Time is on my side (amongst others) ?? I like this kind of info.

I made a compilation Majors ft Ricky Cordo - Meet the Majors 1962

02-Versatiles (Sonny Day & The) - Half Moon _1958
03-Versatiles (Sonny Day & The) - Speedillac _1958

05-Versatiles - Whisper In Your Ear _1960

13-Majors - Your Life Begins _1963
14-Majors - Which Way Did She Go _1963

21-Majors - Don't You Lose Your Cool

If you check above SoulfulKindaMusic you will notice I miss some songs from their discography and ask for your help. If someone has the following please send them to me. Would be very grateful.

Any help will be very appreciated. Check the comments.

EDIT 2008_03_25. Thanks for the (private) comments so far. I will make an addition later on.

Comments:
Note : full screen window gives you the best view of the comments !

'Clickable' links are for you downloaders soooo convienent but the disadvantage is they don't seem to 'last' long.
The Blogger gets a lot of comments 'please re-up'...... Other, more appropriate/interesting comments, they sadly don't get.... :(
So you will have to do a little work to get the link.
This seems, in my opinion, the best deal between 'protecting' my links and the least effort for you.

Link :
http://r#pidsh#re.com/files/100610826/MftRC-MtM_62.rar
Of course you understand to replace in r#pidsh#re twice the # in an a otherwise you don't have a 'valid' link !!
Paste this valid link in your browser-url and hit RETURN. You can also copy/paste the link into your 'downloadmanager'.

Pass to extract the file : 080319
The file is a small 45MB, 'cause the songs are only in low bitrate 128kbits.
Please donnut give a nasty comment about that.

The next depends, amongst other things, on your security options in your browser and by so the ability to copy/paste the link.

When you see this in Google or Yahoo cache or by my Blog's search function read first the RED instructions at the top left of my Blog !
Direct link (after that go to the plain comment of this 2008_march article !) : JeansMusicBlog
Also possible : just click the 'post a comment' section here !

I have some info for you:
"Lundee Dundee" and "I'll Whisper In Your Ear" are from a Ro-Cal single selection number 1002, issued 1960. Besides the Versatiles single, there is only a second known issue from the Ro-Cal label. It's "Tasty Lips" by Dexter Scott (Ro-Cal 1001).
Thank you for your wonderful blog, it is my favourite one.

Dear Jean,

Here are three of the songs you requested & some info on the Majors. As you can read, the Premiers didn't recorded any songs.

Enjoy
