Complete Buddy Holly 01

PC-91, the first in a set of 10 by Purple Chick.
When you collect them all, in the weeks ahead, you will have at the end all you ever wished you'd had from Buddy Holly. In the file is complete recording info (date, place, artists and so on).

Note : full screen window gives you the best view of the comments !

'Clickable' links are for you downloaders soooo convienent but the disadvantage is they don't seem to 'last' long.
The Blogger gets a lot of comments 'please re-up'...... Other, more appropriate/interesting comments, they sadly don't get.... :(
So you will have to do a little work to get the link.
This seems, in my opinion, the best deal between 'protecting' my links and the least effort for you.

Link :
http://r#pidsh#re.com/files/89745974/H_B-CBH_01.rar
Of course you understand to replace in r#pidsh#re twice the # in an a otherwise you don't have a 'valid' link !!
Paste this valid link in your browser-url and hit RETURN. You can also copy/paste the link into your 'downloadmanager'.

Pass to extract the file : 080206
The file is a small 65MB, 'cause the songs are only in low bitrate 128kbits.
Please donnut give a nasty comment about that, neither about the sleeve.

This is a nice collection by Purple Chick. It shows how Buddy and the Crickets progressed over such a short period of time

Hi Jean

Long time no talk, this last 12 months have not been a good time healthwise but my heart op seems to have worked and after 4 months off, I'm now back at work!

For my 60th birthday earlier this month a friend got me a book, a biography of Buddy Holly - I am partway through reading it and we are just a few hours away from that fateful point when he chartered that plane.

I was only 9 years and six months old on the day when he lost his life, so I don't really have any clear memories of the crash, although I was familiar with his records. He was one of the giants of rock n roll influencing so many artists, Beatles, Stones, Hollies, just to name three. I *REALLY* started listening to his music in the mid 60s after the Beatles recorded "Words of love" and realised just what a musical genius we had lost.

Coincidentally, I am just transferring my e-mails from Outlook Express to Thunderbird and I came across your e-mail about this series.

I'm having a ball listening to some of the best pop music ever made - thank you, dear friend!
